Yes, we offer FREE shipping worldwide, no matter where you where.

For UK customers, all taxes and customs charges are included in the price.

For customers outside the UK, the price does not cover any taxes or customs fees. These charges will vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to handle upon import. The courier would contact if your required to do so.

Dispatch Time:

• If the sculpture is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• If the sculpture is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for dispatch.

Shipping Time:

• For UK customers: Small sculptures typically arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
• For international customers: Small sculptures typically arrive within 7-10 working days after dispatch.

For large sculptures: Please contact us for specific lead times and shipping details, as these can vary from 1-12 weeks depending on your location and stock levels.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking number and link to track your package.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, please notify us in writing via email within 3 working days. If you notice any damages upon delivery, be sure to note this with the delivery driver when signing.

Do not dispose of the packaging or the sculpture. Take detailed photos of the damaged box and sculpture, ensuring the box label is visible in at least one photo.

Please be aware that damages reported outside the 3 working day timeframe we cannot assist with, so it's important to inspect your sculpture as soon as it arrives.

In the case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is not available, the package may be returned to us.

Redelivery will be at the customer's expense.

For larger sculptures, deliveries are typically made to curbside or doorstep, depending on the type of property and access available to the delivery vehicle. Due to the size and weight of certain pieces and for insurance reasons, delivery drivers are generally unable to move sculptures inside the property.

If you require delivery inside your property, unpacking, or positioning of the sculpture, this must be arranged directly with the delivery company once they contact you to schedule the delivery. These services are subject to the delivery company’s discretion and may incur additional charges.

Any such arrangements, including payment for additional services, are handled directly between the customer and the delivery company and are not part of the standard delivery service provided by Giant Sculptures.
